INTRODUCTION
Introductory call or meeting to discuss the initial parameters of the project and what deliverables the client is looking for. This includes the theme, desired shots, angles to avoid and other specifics.
BRAINSTORMING
Time for processing the information acquired from the introductory call to begin formulating the vision for the upcoming project. Once a clearer vision is established, storyboarding begins as well as location scouting to begin crafting a concrete direction for the project.
RECONNECT WITH CLIENT
Present client with initial assessment, draft notes and begin outlining specifics such as shoot locations, time of day, camera angles, lighting, etc. Afterwards, potential obstacles are identified and once the creative is finalized, coordination for the necessary models, products, and props begin.
SHOOTING DAY
Lights and props are set up on location. Models are then organized and given direction as to what is required of them, the scenes for the shoot, etc. If a graphic designer is necessary, imagery placement and edits of the photo are discussed before finalizing shoot angles on site.
ON THE FLY EDITS
While shooting, the team will review the footage via a laptop and make any necesssary adjustments to ensure all shots are captured as accurately as possible with minimal retakes.
POST PRODUCTION
Any necessary edits are made to ensure final products are crafted for their proposed platforms, including but not limited to short videos for social media, teaser videos, digital files and files for printed publications.
